How it works
Sites go stale. Prices change, a phone number moves, a contact form stops sending, a domain renewal sneaks up. The Website Care Plan gives you one person to email and a fixed monthly cost.
Each month we check that your site loads and the contact form works, and that your hosting and domain renewals are in date. You also get up to two hours of edits: new text, changed prices, a replaced photo. Cancel any month.
WHO IT'S FOR
Owners of a site built by the studio. If your site was built elsewhere, ask us first and we will say if we can take it on.

Questions
Why can I cancel any month when Monthly Content has a minimum?
Monthly Content holds studio design time for you, so it has a 3-month minimum. The Care Plan is light, so there is no lock-in.
What counts as an edit?
Changing text, swapping images, updating prices or opening hours, adding a small section. A new page layout or new feature is a project, and we quote it separately.
What if I need more than two hours?
Tell us. We will quote the extra time before we start. We never bill extra without your agreement.
Do you host my site?
No. You own the hosting account. We check that it is up and renewed, and we help with changes.
