Pricing and payment
Are the prices final?
For fixed packages, yes. The price on the page is the price of the package, net of 27% ÁFA. For the "from" packages (Brand Platform, Flagship, Design System, Summit) the page shows a starting price, and we fix the final one after a scoping call, before you pay anything.
How does payment work?
You pay 50% when you order and 50% at handover. We invoice in forints. Monthly items are billed monthly, starting with the first month at order.
What does a revision round mean?
One round is one consolidated set of feedback from you and our response to it. Every package includes two. If you need more, we quote the extra time before we start.
Why do I see euros if you invoice in forints?
For buyers outside Hungary. Euro amounts are an estimate at 400 Ft to the euro. Your invoice is in forints.
Do you add VAT?
Prices are net. Hungarian ÁFA of 27% is added at checkout and shown as its own line. If you are a business in another EU country, add your VAT ID to your order; the invoice follows the VAT rules that apply to your case.
Do you offer discounts?
The bundles save 120 000, 190 000 or 290 000 Ft against buying the parts separately. We do not run seasonal sales.
Timeline
How long will it take?
Each package states its turnaround, from 1 week for a UX Audit to 18 weeks for the Summit bundle. The clock starts when we have your deposit, the kickoff has happened and we have what we need from you.
What can slow a project down?
Late feedback and missing materials, mostly. If feedback takes longer than a week, we pause and tell you the new dates.
Can you start right away?
Check the availability line at the top of the site. If it says we are booking for a month ahead, we cannot start sooner. We will say so before you pay.
Can you do it faster?
Sometimes, if we have space. Ask before you order. We do not promise speed we cannot hold.
Ownership and files
Do I own the files?
Yes. The final files, the source files and the rights to use them transfer to you when the last payment clears. Until then, we hold the rights.
Can you show the work in your portfolio?
We would like to, unless you tell us not to. Say so when you order or any time before launch and we will not publish it.
What are source files?
The working files: editable logo vectors, design files, template files. They let any designer continue the work without starting over.
What about fonts and images?
If we use a licensed font or image, we tell you what licence it needs. You buy it, or we choose a free alternative. We do not hide licence costs inside the price.
Working together
Do you work with businesses outside Hungary?
Yes. We work in English and Hungarian, and many calls are remote. Euros are shown on every price.
Can I meet you in person?
Yes. We are at Közép u. 31 in Kecskemét. Write or call first so we can set time aside.
How soon can you start?
See the availability line at the top of the site. It says which month we are booking for.
Who will I speak to?
The people doing the work. There is no account manager between you and the designer.
What do you need from me?
A clear brief, your existing files, one decision-maker and feedback within a few days.
What if I am not happy with the result?
Tell us what is wrong during a revision round. Two are included in every package. If we cannot get there together, see the refund page for how cancellation works.
Buying online
Can I really buy a design package online?
Yes. Add a package to the cart, check out, and we confirm the order by email and send the deposit invoice. The checkout currently runs in test mode and takes no payment.
What does test mode mean?
No money is taken and no card details are collected on the site. Your order details stay in your browser until you email the order to us at the end of checkout.
What happens after I order?
You get an order reference. We reply within 1 working day to confirm the order, send the deposit invoice and book the kickoff.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Free up to 24 hours before the kickoff. Inside 24 hours, a 50% fee on the deposit may apply. You also have a 14-day withdrawal right as a consumer. See the refund page.
Can I buy more than one package?
Yes. Add as many as you like. Most packages are one project each. Single Label and Template Kit can be bought up to five times at once.
